Comment - A lady on getas is entangled with a yakko kite and it's kite line, twisted around her neck. The lady holds a hanetsuki rack in her right hand. A small boy tries to tear the kite line, increasing the drag on the lady's neck. A kite line spindle lays near the lady's getas. A similar scene can be found on a ukiyo-e by KIYONAGA.
