Comment - These two panels show a mountainious scene  with a Shinto shrine in the foreground. The shrine gate, a procession walk, and a torii gate span from the lower right panel to the lower left panel. The shrine itself is in the lower left of the left panel. Several people are to be seen, walking to the shrine.

Woodeded hills in the center of both panels separate the shrine area from a flat levelled plain, where about 20 square shaped Nagasaki Hata kites are flown by lots of people appearing in simple outlines. Nagasaki Hatas are fighter kites. Three Nagasaki Hata kites have their lines cut, and are floating away. The background on the left panel is dominated by a steep forested mountain, the right panel has a hilly landscape in the upper right background. The title of the page is written on a big tasseled Hata kite badge on the upper right panel (Kanji and  Hiragana). The correct name of the mountainside ('MuTake', '無岳') is debatable. A poem (conjoined cursive lettering; not read) is written on the upper left panel, right side.

The margin lettering (left and right) reads 'Nagasaki Miyage' ('長崎土産').

Series - ISONO's most famous book is  the magazine "Nagasaki Souvenir" ("Nagasaki Miyage", "長崎土産"), published in Kōka 4 (1847). Therefore the title is often cited as 'Kōka-ban Nagasaki Miyage' ('弘化版 長崎土産').  This book deals with the manners and practices of foreign people living in Nagasaki, especially Netherlands and Chinese merchants. The first half of the books has illustrations, the second half is commentary.
